State Restrictions & Limits
Many states restrict the amount of wine a consumer can have shipped from a winery or all wineries in aggregate. By placing an order on Winderlea’s website you formally represent that you have not exceeded any of your states limits on aggregate purchases and/or shipments.
Age Restrictions & Signature Requirements
By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through Winderlea’s website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps.

Shipping Policies and Restrictions
By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through WINDERLEA WINE COMPANY, L.L.C.’S (Winderlea) website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address be provided for wine shipments.
Shipping
Orders shipped via standard ground method should arrive in 7 to 15 days from the date of your order. Overnight orders can only be accepted in states that are serviced by FedEx and UPS. In such instances, orders requiring overnight shipment must be received by the winery by 9 AM Pacific time to arrive the next business day.
We take as much caution in shipping wine as we do making our wine as it is very sensitive to cold and hot weather. Because of this, shipment schedules may be altered, at the last minute, due to temperature changes across the US.
If you are unable to accept your wine shipment after the 3 standard delivery attempts, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for return of shipment to Winderlea and re-shipment.

Winderlea guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance. Please contact us at 503.554.5900 for resolution.

* Winderlea ships all wine to AL residents through the states Special Orders of Wine. All wine will be shipped to the Alabama resident’s local, state administered retail store for pick up. Please contact info@winderlea.com for all details and instructions.

State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. We are able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states listed above. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some states prohibit wine shipments in certain areas (i.e., dry counties). The information provided is a summary and the following information may be subject to change without notice.

(Winderlea®) and, in limited cases, Winderlea’s service providers who are subject to confidentiality agreements. Use and Control of Your Information
We use information collected on our Web site for two main purposes. First, we collect information to determine how to improve our site by seeing which areas and features are most popular. Secondly, we collect information to enable visitors to purchase wine and to sign up for the Winderlea® Wine Club directly from the web site. If we decide to collect information for any other purpose, we will inform you when we request this information. You may also stop the delivery of future e-mail from us by clicking on the link provided in each email.

Winderlea® uses a feature of your Internet Web browser called a “cookie” to enhance your visiting experience. Winderlea® cookies are used for tracking the login ID of a logged in user, storing some site preferences on a per-user basis and connecting the login ID of the user to their shopping cart in our database.
