The only wine produced onsite at the Winderlea Estate Vineyard, the Demeter certified Biodynamic® Imprint Pinot noir is made by owner Bill Sweat using old world wine making techniques and 100% whole cluster fermentation.
Compelling notes of rose petals, black tea, cedar and cherry jolly ranchers jump from the glass. Black currants, spicy mulled cherries and vanilla mingle with wet bark, creating an intoxicating melange of aromas. Finely-grained tannins are uplifted by a poignant tension on the palate, adding to the profile of this exquisite wine.
