We set aside one 2-ton tank of Murto Vineyard Pinot noir and fermented the grapes using 100% whole cluster techniques. The resulting four barrel blend is equally scarce and delicious.
Powerful and expressive aromas of candied strawberries, dark cherries, dried herbs and leather combine with a touch of violet on the nose. Forest floor, watermelon saltwater taffy and clove drift through to a silky mid-palate with a strikingly defined savory, meaty finish.
