State Restrictions & Limits

Many states restrict the amount of wine a consumer can have shipped from a winery or all wineries in aggregate. By placing an order on Winderlea’s website you formally represent that you have not exceeded any of your states limits on aggregate purchases and/or shipments.

Age Restrictions & Signature Requirements

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through Winderlea’s website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps.

Shipping Policies and Restrictions

By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through WINDERLEA WINE COMPANY, L.L.C.’S (Winderlea) website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address be provided for wine shipments.

Shipping

Orders shipped via standard ground method should arrive in 7 to 15 days from the date of your order. Overnight orders can only be accepted in states that are serviced by FedEx and UPS. In such instances, orders requiring overnight shipment must be received by the winery by 9 AM Pacific time to arrive the next business day.

We take a much caution in shipping wine as we do making our wine as it is very sensitive to cold and hot weather.  Because of this, shipment schedules may be altered, at the last minute, due to temperature changes across the US.

Return Policy

Winderlea guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance. Please contact us at 503.554.5900 for resolution.

* AL does not permit any direct-to-consumer shipping of alcohol. However, Alabama residents may place Special Orders of wine. The Alabama consumer must obtain prior written approval from the Alabama Beverage Control Board and the wine must be shipped to the Alabama resident’s local, state-administered retail store.

State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. We are able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states listed above. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some states prohibit wine shipments in certain areas (i.e., dry counties).
