The only wine produced onsite at the Winderlea Estate Vineyard, the Demeter certified Biodynamic® Imprint Pinot noir is made by owner Bill Sweat using old world wine making techniques and 100% whole cluster fermentation.
The 2017 Imprint shows a classic garnet color and an expressive nose with aromas of red cherry, strawberry, dusty rose, cotton candy, and hints of tobacco and chai spice.
