The Meredith Mitchell Vineyard Pinot blanc is our unique take on this Alsatian classic. The aromatics show depth and layered complexity. A hint of barrel leads immediately to notes of grapefruit and papaya, with an underlying briny character. On a second swirl, the smell of fresh, wet concrete comes through with richer notes of plumeria on its hells. The palate has weight without being heavy, gliding from flavors of kiwi fruit to persimmon and almond. The flavor lingers, the finish is long, and the wine is undeniably striking.
