It’s Our Favorite Night of the Year
Join us for an evening celebrated the world over
First celebrated by Wall Street Journal writers in 2000, Open That Bottle Night (OTBN) is the day when you open that one bottle you’ve been holding on to, but just never could find the perfect occasion.
Join us in our Estate Vineyard Tasting Room as we enjoy our eleventh annual OTBN at Winderlea. We know you’ve been looking for an excuse to open that special bottle, so come give yourself permission and share the story of your wine with a group of wine lovers who have similarly precious wines to share.
Chef Shiloh Ficek will be in the Winderlea kitchen for this special night. Delight in the culinary excellence as he thoughtfully prepares a unique dinner to accompany some of the best wines you will drink this year.
There are only 26 seats available for this special night, so RSVP now to secure your place.

Our “Dinners with Friends” series is meant to celebrate the collaborative spirit and camaraderie within our winemaking community. Each dinner will feature a selection of Winderlea wines alongside those of our guest winemaker, all paired artfully with a three course meal.
Our Winter Dinner with Friends series continues with our good friend and neighbor, Mo Ayoub of Ayoub Wines. Sit down with us as Mo shares his culinary background, combined with a true appreciation for culture and hospitality.
Like many things in Mo’s life the beginning of his wine career began with a passion and a fanatical focus to produce the highest quality Pinot noir and Chardonnay. His uncompromising wine making methods highlight his continuous learning mindset. There is no temptation toward quantity, and every intent to thrill loyal supporters with each vintage.
