Our first Dinner with Friends will feature David Ulbricht of SchöneTal Cellars and the chefs of R&R Culinaire. David has been purchasing fruit from our Meredith Mitchell Vineyard since 2014 and will pour his wines alongside our own Meredith Mitchell Pinot noir. Join us for an intimate evening as two very unique wine making perspectives work harmoniously alongside R&R Culinaire’s thoughtfully prepared menu.
Since 2014 SchöneTal’s approach to wine-making is simple, with fermentation occurring naturally in nature and in the cellar, which allows their grapes to express their true eloquence without any manipulation.

Be a part of one of the region’s largest varietal-specific tastings at the 2019 Oregon Chardonnay Celebration . Winderlea will be part of the eighth annual Oregon Chardonnay Celebration which educates both industry members and consumers about the varietal in a non-competitive environment. The event begins with a seated topical seminar and tasting followed by the Grand Tasting of more than 50 Oregon producers.
The Oregon Chardonnay Celebration delves deep into what makes Oregon Chardonnay unique, each year focusing on different aspects of the varietal and its place in the state. Bringing together pioneers and the current generation of Oregon producers, the Oregon Chardonnay Celebration provides a lens through which we can view the past, present, and future of Oregon Chardonnay.
Time in a Bottle Seminar: The Evolution of Chardonnay
Four-highly acclaimed Oregon winemakers with decades of Chardonnay winemaking experience guide you through a tasting of what happens when Oregon Chardonnay ages. Explore what to look for in an aged Chardonnay, and why it might be worth the wait. Begin at 1pm.

Our “Dinners with Friends” series is meant to celebrate the collaborative spirit and camaraderie within our winemaking community. Each dinner will feature a selection of Winderlea wines alongside those of our guest winemaker, all paired artfully with a three course meal.
Our Winter Dinner with Friends series continues with our good friend and neighbor, Mo Ayoub of Ayoub Wines. Sit down with us as Mo shares his culinary background, combined with a true appreciation for culture and hospitality.
Like many things in Mo’s life the beginning of his wine career began with a passion and a fanatical focus to produce the highest quality Pinot noir and Chardonnay. His uncompromising wine making methods highlight his continuous learning mindset. There is no temptation toward quantity, and every intent to thrill loyal supporters with each vintage.
