David has been purchasing fruit from our Meredith Mitchell Estate Vineyard since 2014 and will pour his wines alongside our own Meredith Mitchell Pinot noir. Join us for an intimate evening as two very unique wine making perspectives work harmoniously alongside R&R Culinaire’s thoughtfully prepared menu.
Since 2014 SchöneTal’s approach to wine-making is simple, with fermentation occurring naturally in nature and in the cellar, which allows their grapes to express their true eloquence without any manipulation.
