Sourced from three esteemed vineyards in the Willamette Valley and for the first year ever, our Meredith Mitchell Estate, our Chardonnay is fermented in neutral oak and goes through slow, cool malolactic with the goal of retaining the character of the fruit while creating a rich and silky texture. Perfumed with touches of citrus, honeysuckle and white flowers, the palate boasts a silky texture highlighted by lemon cream and meringue. Tropical melon marks the entry while the finish lingers with notes of brown sugar and fresh biscuits.
