The only wine produced onsite at the Winderlea Estate Vineyard, the Imprint Pinot noir is made by owner Bill Sweat using old world wine making techniques and 100% whole cluster fermentation. The 2015 Imprint continues to showcase the signature whole cluster spice that we love about this wine. With notes of black tea, cherry, raspberry, and a subtle layer of toasted graham cracker, this wine’s structure is firm and provides a structural backdrop to a variety of foraged fruit flavors.
