2011 Winderlea Murto Vineyard Pinot noir
89 Cases Produced
Savory notes of bay leaf, licorice and white pine and pepper enter your nose on first approach followed by black cherry, grenadine and a hint of crème brulee. In the mouth the wine is exuberant and bright with fresh wild strawberries, cherries, cranberries, fig and a bountiful Marionberry cobbler. A generous mouthful of wine that will richen in the next couple of years. Age until 2013 and enjoy after a short decant. Should cellar well for the remainder of the decade.
