2011 Winderlea Chardonnay

244 cases produced

Aromas of lemon grass, pomelo, black licorice, fennel, with a hint of butterscotch, vanilla and d’anjou pear. On the palate there is a core of pineapple, Meyer lemon, fresh cut grass, and subtle nutty notes of walnut and cashew. This Chardonnay shows just the right amount of acid coupled with an incredibly creamy mouth feel and generous finish. This can be drunk now and should cellar beautifully for 5 to 7 years.
