2010 Winderlea Vineyard Pinot Noir
258 cases produced
Winderlea’s 2010 Pinot Noir – from a portion of the Winderlea Vineyard featuring three popular Dijon clones as well as some older Pommard Selection – is gorgeously-scented with iris, gentian, botanical herbs, blueberry, plum, and all of their distilled essences. Billowing inner-mouth perfume sets up a striking dynamic with fruit and herb on a polished palate, and this finishes with penetrating brightness, invigorating cut of berry seeds, and a legume sprout-like combination of sweet, chlorophyll, and bitter elements. Should age well for 8 to 10 years.
