State Restrictions & Limits
Many states restrict the amount of wine a consumer can have shipped from a winery or all wineries in aggregate. By placing an order on Winderlea’s website you formally represent that you have not exceeded any of your states limits on aggregate purchases and/or shipments.
Age Restrictions & Signature Requirements
By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through Winderlea’s website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps.

Shipping Policies and Restrictions
By placing an order for an alcoholic beverage through WINDERLEA WINE COMPANY, L.L.C.’S (Winderlea) website, you formally represent that you are at least 21 years of age and that the intended recipient of the shipment is at least 21 years of age. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult signature at the time of delivery. No wines can be left on porches or doorsteps. Therefore, we recommend that a daytime/business address be provided for wine shipments.
Shipping
Orders shipped via standard ground method should arrive in 7 to 15 days from the date of your order. Overnight orders can only be accepted in states that are serviced by FedEx and UPS. In such instances, orders requiring overnight shipment must be received by the winery by 9 AM Pacific time to arrive the next business day.
We take a much caution in shipping wine as we do making our wine as it is very sensitive to cold and hot weather. Because of this, shipment schedules may be altered, at the last minute, due to temperature changes across the US.
Return Policy
Winderlea guarantees quality products and service. Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order for assistance. Please contact us at 503-554-5900 for resolution.

States not on the above list, please call us.
State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. We are able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states listed below. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Further, some states restrict the amount a consumer can have shipped from a winery or from all wineries in aggregate. The following state restrictions are currently in force and dictate the quantities we can ship. By placing this order you formally represent that you have not exceeded your states aggregate limit(s).
AZ – no limit
CA – no limit
CO – no limit
CT – 5 gallons (26.315 bottles) per person / every 62 days
DC – 1 case per person / month
FL – no limit, Cannot ship to Lafayette, Liberty, Madison & Washington counties.
GA – 12 cases per household / year
IL – 2 cases per person / month
ME – 12 cases per household / year
MA – 26.6 total cases per household / year, all wineries combined, Shipments to MA are 2 times per year, Oct/Nov and Ap/May.
MD – 18 cases per household / year
MN – 2 cases per person / year
MO – 2 cases per person / month
NH – 12 cases per person / year, No wine shipments to Ellsworth, Millsfield, Monroe or Sharon.
NM – 2 cases per person / month
NY – 2 cases total per person / month, all wineries combined, No direct internet shipments to; Argyle, Berkshire, Bovina, Caneadea, Clymer, Fremont, Harmony, Jasper, Lapeer, & Neversink.
NC – 2 cases total per person / month, all wineries combined
OR – 2 cases per person / month
SC – 2 cases total per person / month, all wineries combined
TX – 9 gal (3.91 cases), total per person / month, all wineries combined
VA – 2 cases total per person / month, all wineries combined
VT – 12 cases per person / year
WA – no limit
WI – 12 cases per person / year
